Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie this site places in your browser — its name, how long it lives, and what it is for. If a cookie is not listed here, this site does not use it.
How this site uses cookies
Cookies are small text records your browser stores. This site can use them to keep the site secure, understand which channel an enquiry came from, remember your consent choices, and — only with your permission — measure Meta advertising.
On your first visit you see a consent banner. It controls three categories: necessary, analytics and marketing. Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and are not subject to consent; the other two categories can only activate if you opt in.
Where the list below says “first-party”, it means the cookie is set by this site itself and can be read by nothing outside it. The Cloudflare cookies are set by the infrastructure the site runs on, for security.
Necessary cookies
The complete list of cookies in use today:
- __azin_attr — first-party, 90 days. Stores how you first arrived at the site (UTM parameters, ad click IDs, referrer, landing page); needed to handle your enquiry properly and know which channel brought it.
- __azin_consent — first-party, 180 days. Stores the choices you made in the consent banner, so you are not asked again on every page.
- Cloudflare cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, and Turnstile’s cf_clearance where applicable) — set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection. Their lifetimes are controlled by Cloudflare; the Turnstile check on the form loads from challenges.cloudflare.com.
None of the cookies in this list follow you across other websites, and the contents of none of them are sold to anyone.
Analytics cookies
This category is currently empty. No third-party analytics tool is loaded on this site. If an analytics tool is ever added, it will run only after you opt in through the consent banner, and this page will be updated with the tool’s name and its cookies. That is a deliberate choice, not a gap: we do not want to load a tool before we can explain what it collects.
Marketing cookies
Meta Pixel is configured in this category and loads only after you allow marketing. Meta may create the first-party _fbp cookie to measure advertising and accepted consultation submissions, and may also create _fbc when you arrive with a Facebook click identifier (fbclid). Meta controls these cookies’ lifetimes. If you withdraw consent, the site attempts to delete them and reloads without loading Meta Pixel.
Changing your mind
You can change your consent choices at any time:
Through the consent banner
The cookie-preferences link on the site reopens the banner, where you can withdraw or change any permission you gave. Your new choice is written to the __azin_consent cookie.
Through your browser
Every browser lets you inspect and delete cookies. If you delete __azin_consent, the banner will ask again on your next visit. Blocking the necessary cookies may stop the form’s bot protection from working.
Questions and formal details
The list on this page is updated whenever a cookie is added to or removed from the site. If you have a question about cookies or your personal data, write to us through the contact form; we will provide the formal data-controller details in writing on request. Your rights over your data are described in the privacy policy, and deletion requests are handled through the /data-deletion page.
