In an eyebrow transplant, the person who designs your brow is the one who transplants it.
My name is Azin Asgari. I work in Istanbul, and eyebrows are the whole of my work. This page exists so that you know how I work, what I do not do, and what I will say if I cannot help you — before you write to me.
I do one thing
I do not perform scalp transplants or beard transplants, and I do not keep a menu of aesthetic procedures alongside this one. Eyebrows are the entire practice. I take a limited number of people in a day, because this work is not done well with divided attention.
That is not a marketing decision. It is the hair. Brow hair grows at a different angle, in a different direction and at a different density from scalp hair, and the head of the brow does not follow the same rules as the tail. The difference between someone who works with that distinction daily and someone who meets it occasionally does not show on the day. It shows months later, in the mirror.
Design first, transplant second
Most disappointment comes from the shape rather than the technique. So before anything is placed, I draw and measure your brow against your own facial proportions, and we look at it together in the mirror. If something is wrong, I change it. Nothing begins until you have approved what is drawn.
What I am reading while we agree a design:
- Your bone structure, and how your brow ridge carries a shape
- The spacing of your eyes and the position of your lids
- Where the brow travels when your face moves — talking, smiling
- The direction of your existing hairs, and where they are still strong
- The differences that already exist between your two brows
Brows are sisters, not twins. Chasing symmetry too hard produces a pair that reads as drawn on from across a room. I am not aiming for a perfect match. I am aiming for a pair that looks like it belongs to your face.
I read every message myself
When you write to me you are not writing to a call centre, a team of coordinators, or someone whose job is to close the package. I read the messages and I write the replies. It means an answer sometimes takes a few hours — on procedure days I am not looking at my phone.
For the same reason, if I do not think this is right for you, you will hear it in the first conversation rather than afterwards. Some people are told to wait. Some are told no. I would rather lose an appointment than carry out a procedure nobody ends up happy with.
I will not commit to a plan or a price from a single photograph. A photograph does not show the direction of your hair, your donor area or the condition of your skin. An answer given without those is a sale, not an assessment.
Working in Istanbul
Istanbul is a city where a great deal of this work is done, and that has two faces. On one side there is genuine depth of experience. On the other there are packages sold by people who never meet the patient. Most of my international patients begin by asking how to tell the two apart.
My answer is simple: you are choosing a person, not a package. You should be able to name who holds the instrument, know where the work is done, and know who you write to once you are home again. I answer those three questions in writing before you buy a ticket.
What happens when you write to me
From a first message to an honest answer:
You write
Through the consultation form. It does not need to be long — what happened to your brows and what you want to change is enough to start.
I ask
What you have already tried, when the loss began, whether it is still happening, and whether there is any medical history I should know about.
I look
On video or in person. I assess your brow, your donor area, and whether there is an underlying cause that should be dealt with first.
I answer honestly
If you are a candidate, I explain what is realistically possible. If you are not, I tell you why, and what the alternative is if there is one. I do not push you to decide.
What I do not promise
Every page here states a limit, and this is the one for this page. Results vary from person to person; the same design does not settle the same way on two different faces. I will not promise a particular density on a particular date, and I do not think anyone should.
Things I say out loud during a consultation:
- Some people need a second session; that is part of the plan, not a failure
- The donor area is a finite resource and has to be spent carefully
- Healing and growth require patience — this is measured in months, not weeks
- If loss is still active, the right answer is usually to wait

- Who answers my message?
- I do. I read the messages myself and write the replies myself. A reply can be slower on a procedure day, but there is no sales team between us.
- Does a consultation commit me to anything?
- No. A consultation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If I think you are not a candidate, I will say so during that conversation and explain why.
